Frontline Community Care also provides live-in and hourly personal care, companionship and homemaker services for seniors so they can remain in the comfort of their own homes for longer. Our diverse and proven menu of flexible care solutions can be tailored to meet the needs of any situation. From respite for the family caregiver to round the clock care for individuals or couples, Frontline will deliver the right level of help wherever and whenever it is needed.
It all start off with a prompt, no-obligation needs assessment, if there is an agreement to proceed, an assessment is performed by a Frontline Community Care Plan Manager, a Care Plan is created and a Personal Assistant is carefully chosen to meet your specific needs. On the first day of service, an introduction to your Personal Support Assistant is made, the Care Plan is reviewed and service begins
